To assist in understanding Omnia’s expectations, the Company has established a Code of Ethics, which applies to all businesses that produce goods or provide services for Omnia and any of its subsidiaries, joint ventures, divisions or affiliates.

While Omnia recognizes that legal and cultural requirements vary in a global business environment, the Code sets forth certain universal requirements that everyone is expected to follow.

1. General Principle

Goods produced for and by Omnia must comply with the laws of their countries and with all other applicable laws, rules and regulations, including those related to labor, worker health and safety and the environment.

As a socially responsible company, Omnia is committed to maintaining high business standards and has concern for the well-being of people and communities.  We conduct business fairly and ethically, respect human rights, comply with laws and regulations, and follow a rigorous Code of Conduct.
